The F-Top Institute is a boutique research and consulting company based in Switzerland specialized on linking corporate people management and business value. This involves researching people management practices that create measurable competitive advantages and supporting clients in leveraging this benchmark in their own practice. Ursula leads the team that – in cooperation with the client team - defines and plans change to move the people management function to the next level including setting up governance structures (e.g. Dashboards, HR Business Cases) and introducing the use of people analytics. Clients include large to mid size companies all over Europe and also in the US, Asia and Africa.
In addition to her professional role at the F-Top Institute, Ursula organized a fair for innovative B2C offerings in Vienna (“Fette Fische Bazar”) in 2017.
Before joining the F-Top Institute, Ursula spent 10 years at Accenture in various international project roles focussing on post-merger integration and business process outsourcing (BPO). Before that she worked for the IT department of the city of Vienna and was responsible for a major software update and rollout project involving all departments of the public administration in Vienna.
Member of EWMD since 2003, Ursula contributed to the network activities as EWMD Austria President and later as EWMD International Co-President (2011 - 2015).
Ursula holds a master’s degree in business administration and international trade from the Vienna University of Business Administration (incl. one semester at the University of Surrey).
